I’m Evette Reyes Rodriguez, the founder of Pathways to Innovative Leadership LLC, a leadership development and innovation consulting firm dedicated to transforming education through visionary leadership and cutting-edge technology integration. With over 27 years in education, I’ve walked the journey of a teacher, administrator, and executive leader, and I understand the challenges and opportunities educators face in driving meaningful change.

As a Maxwell Leadership Speaker and a passionate advocate for educational innovation, I bring a unique blend of leadership principles and technology expertise to empower individuals and organizations. My work is rooted in creating future-ready learning environments, leveraging tools like the ISTE standards, SAMR model, and Apple technology solutions to equip leaders with the strategies they need to inspire transformation in their schools and districts.

In my previous role as the Executive Director of Technology and Innovation for Trenton Public Schools, I led impactful initiatives, including implementing 1:1 device programs, redesigning a district network infrastructure, implementing an embedded coaching cycle, creating K-9 curriculums that focused on design thinking and robotics, and fostering professional development that built capacity for technology integration. Now, through Pathways to Innovative Leadership, I’m excited to share these experiences and insights to help leaders like you achieve your goals.
